Frequently asked questions

Who can join?

Creators, influencers, group trip hosts, and travel businesses can join for free. Create an account, choose your code, and select a supported country to set up payouts with Stripe.

How does the 15% commission work?

You earn 15% of the purchase amount after any credits, before the affiliate discount. The traveler’s 15% discount uses that same amount. On a $50 purchase after credits, they pay $42.50 and you earn $7.50.

How do travelers use my code?

They enter your code in the SkyClub app for 15% off their first purchase. Codes work regardless of capitalization. The offer is for new customers’ first purchases and cannot be combined with another referral or discount code.

Where can I share my code?

Share it in your social posts, videos, website, booking emails, itineraries, or group chats. Travelers use the same code in the app.

How and when do I get paid?

Choose a supported payout country and connect your bank through Stripe. Commission becomes eligible after a seven-day hold and successful eSIM delivery. SkyClub then reviews and sends payments. You can see payments in your dashboard and bank deposit details in Stripe.

What happens if a purchase is refunded?

Refunds and chargebacks reduce the commission on that purchase, including after the seven-day hold. Adjustments appear in your earnings.
